How to Install Visual Studio

Download from Microsoft

Visit https://visualstudio.com and download the Community Edition.  Do NOT install Professional or Enterprise unless you plan on buying the license.

Choose Workloads

Be sure choose the "ASP.Net and web development", ".Net desktop development" and then under installation details scroll to ASP.Net and web development and select "Additional project templates".
